Proseč Home Care Service
For the care service website, the most important factors were the availability of information, readability, and a human touch. Visitors need to quickly find out who the service helps, what it offers, and how they can contact it.
Visit website
We have been cooperating with the City of Proseč for a long time, and the new project for the local care service was another step in our joint partnership. This time, we were tasked not only with creating a new website but also with unifying the visual communication of the service across the digital environment, print materials, and social networks.
The care service works with people at times when they need support, certainty, and clear information. Therefore, we built the entire communication on three basic principles: readability, accessibility, and a human tone.
A project from the website down to the last business card
The scope of cooperation was broad. We created a new website, developed the existing visual identity, and prepared practical materials that the care service uses in its daily work and in communication with the public.
- a new website with a clear structure and understandable content,
- administration for articles and news including staff training,
- visual identity adjustment and defining colors for reliable use in print,
- an information leaflet introducing the care service,
- business cards and t-shirts for the service workers,
- social media templates with which the team can independently create new content.
A website where no one gets lost
For the care service website, the most important thing wasn't to impress the visitor with effects. We needed people to quickly learn who the service helps, what it offers, where it operates, and how to ask for help. All this in an environment that feels calm, trustworthy, and human.
Right from the start, the website clearly presents the purpose of the service: to help people with reduced self-sufficiency stay in their natural home environment for as long as possible. At the same time, the visitor has a direct path to contacts and more detailed information at hand.
Services explained specifically
We divided the offer into six clear areas: help with care, personal hygiene, meals, household management, social counseling, and escorts. Each part uses specific examples, so the visitor doesn't have to figure out what is hidden under the individual services.
Requesting a service in four steps
A great advantage of the website is the simple explanation of the entire process. From the first contact, through the social investigation and signing the contract, to the start of care, the visitor knows exactly what to expect. A complicated official procedure is thus transformed into four understandable steps.
Practical information in one place
The website clearly lists target groups, service capacity, areas of operation, and operating hours. There are direct phone contacts for individual caregivers, a contact form, addresses of both facilities, and links to the map.
A separate document section allows for easy downloading of the price list, applications, and other necessary forms. The visitor thus does not have to look for information in several different places or make a phone call for every document.
A visual style that works beyond the screen
The website was only one part of the project. We visually developed the existing brand and prepared rules for its consistent use. We paid special attention to colors so that the visual retains the right character not only on monitors but also in the production of print materials and other physical materials.
The resulting style is clean, friendly, and easily recognizable. The green color scheme refers to care, safety, and closeness, while the bold typography helps maintain good readability even for older visitors.
Print materials from design to production
For the care service, we designed a series of materials that together form one consistent whole. The information leaflet introduces the service to the public, business cards facilitate personal contact, and team t-shirts connect the brand directly with the workers who represent it every day.
We started the project in the fall of 2025. The wide range of print materials and the approaching Christmas season brought more demanding coordination of production and deadlines. But we gradually brought everything to completion, from graphic designs through print data to finished materials ready for use.

Social networks right in the hands of caregivers
We wanted the new communication to continue naturally even without the daily help of a graphic designer. Therefore, we created a set of easy-to-use social media templates and handed them directly to the care service team.
Today, caregivers can independently publish news, photos from events, and important announcements, while the communication still maintains a unified visual style. The templates thus combine a professional look with the simplicity the team needs for their daily work.
Administration that the client actually uses
The website also includes simple administration for adding articles and news. Upon completion, we trained the client so they could edit the content independently and the website wouldn't remain just a static presentation.
Thanks to the news section, they can inform about changes in services, important announcements, courses, and joint events. At the same time, up-to-date content helps build a closer relationship with clients, their families, and the city's residents.

One project, many outputs
The result is not just a new website or a few separate print materials. The Proseč Care Service gained a comprehensive communication system that works on the screen, on paper, on clothing, and on social networks.
We are most pleased that the individual outputs are not just nice to look at, but serve people in everyday situations. They help quickly find important information, better navigate the care offer, and easily contact the team that is ready to help.
We thank the City of Proseč and the entire care service team for another joint project and for the trust with which they repeatedly turn to us.
